Every person’s case is unique and different. We charge a flat rate depending on your situation and application. With our services, we will support you from the very beginning until you receive a decision regarding your visa, green card, or naturalization certificate. A consultation is an opportunity for you to meet the attorney and assess your immigration options. We set aside an hour to learn more about you and to present options to you. We try our best to accommodate your schedule and needs. We offer consultations by phone and by video conference. We believe in providing comprehensive legal services and developing relationships.

The expertise you seek when hiring an immigration attorney is our knowledge of the laws and immigration process, and not our ability to read and complete forms. As such, reviewing completed paperwork takes the same time and expertise required (if not more) as starting a case from the very beginning. What you’re seeking is not, whether the forms look good, but rather whether you are well-represented by your application. I can review your forms, but my fees are the same as starting a case from the beginning.
